MCL is a time machine

Masters Cricket League is this or that. If is flop or success, but I believe it is a type of time machine, which makes my way back to my childhood.

Yesterday MCL started with a fantastic opening ceremony featuring many performers along with super stars i-e masters of #Cricket for long. Oh my God I could see Viru, Saqi, Murali, Sanga, Rana of Arabains on ground at one time. It is miracle which is being made possible by GM Sports, & UAE cricket Board.

I was thinking and it is kind of dream but suddenly I woke up and felt that it is real. Viru and Levi are opening the innings, and Viru is facing the ball and he can hit first ball of MCL 2016 out of the park with some ease. His quick burst Gemini Arabians a booster, which was capitalized by Levi and Great Sanga. Sanga came after a flop BBL05, but he looked different on day one of MCL 2020, which is very good thing for Arabians. On the other hand Libra Legend were remain off colour, first when they were bowling & fielding that with the bat. But I can’t blame on their poor batting but this happened due to some quality bowling. I mean if you have Mills, Onions, Rana Naveed, Mural, Saqlain, and Kemp to bowl only 20 overs. You need to bat well till the end.

I believe MCL 2020 gonna achieve many milestones in coming days.

Pakistan Super League and 308 players Draft

308  players sign up with the new T20 league

Lahore – December 10, 2015: A total of 308 top foreign and local cricketers will be available at the Pakistan Super League Draft, scheduled to be held on December 21 and 22, 2015.

Having successfully finalized the sale of commercial rights for franchises, broadcast, and title sponsorship, PSL is now entering the phase that many fans have long been waiting for. At the player Draft event, the five franchise owners will gather to select their playing squads.

By opting for a draft system in place of a player auction, PSL will ensure a level-playing field as each team will have to choose a certain number of players from each category. As a result of this, each team will spend an equal amount on drafting players. Top players will, therefore, play for all five teams.

The PSL player list includes 137 Pakistani and 171 foreign players. These players have been divided into five different categories – Platinum, Diamond, Gold, Silver, and Emerging. Top names such as Shane Watson, Wahab Riaz, Kevin Pietersen, Shahid Afridi, Chris Gayle, James Anderson, Shoaib Malik, Darren Sammy, Grant Elliott, Lasith Malinga, Andre Russell, TM Dilshan, Marlon Samuels, Angelo Mathews, and Shakib al Hasan have made themselves available for the Draft.

Each team will be required to pick three players per category from each of the top three categories (Platinum, Diamond, Gold). While drafting two emerging players will be mandatory, a team will be able to pick up to five players from the Silver category in order to complete the squad. Each team will have a minimum of four foreign players in the side. Some leading players who have signed up for other commitments will be available only for a portion of the Pakistan Super League.

In the next few days, all five teams will be finalising their coaching panels. The inaugural edition of the Pakistan Super League is scheduled to take place from February 4 – 23, 2016 in Dubai and Sharjah.

Do or Die for England

Captain Team England

Cook and His men are in a certain condition ahead of last & final Test Match of three test match series. Now their focus is to win this test match and level the series by 1-1.

We believe Pakistan is much stronger than them in this test series. Misbah will come up with some booster before the match as they won Second Test Match at Dubai.

Now their careers will be for Lahore Lions would never add up, but for a new team called Lahore Whites.
